4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from NaniBraid. If you are not entirely happy, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, intimate apparel, and accessories are not eligible for return.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
